How do you get the webcam to work?
You may need to download the latest ActiveX or webcam software. If that still doesn't give you a LIVE image, click on the SERVER PUSH. That will give you server pushed images in "real time". There is no public access to the Remote Control section of the webcam.
How much does it cost to rent a slip?
We have daily, weekly, monthly, seasonally and yearly rates available. Please take some time to look at the Marina Rates section of our website or give us a call at 530-541-2155
Do you rent boats?
You can rent boats through the Boat Rentals in the Tahoe Keys Marina. Our office does not rent boats. Please call 530-544-8888 for more information.
Can I charter a boat?
The Tahoe Keys Marina has many different charters available. Each designed to suit individual needs. For more information, click on Recreation Services on our website and follow the Charters link up top of that page.
Do you have a bulletin board that I can post something on?
We have a bulletin board near the ramp.
Do you have slips for sale?
The Tahoe Keys Marina is privately owned and does not sell its slips. If you are a homeowner in the Tahoe Keys you may wish to call the BEACH AND HARBOR association for more information.
Do you have any bouys?
The Tahoe Keys Marina is an inland marina and only offers slips/berths to rent
We are renting a condo and want to know where to launch our boat.
You may launch at the Tahoe Keys Marina for $30. This will get you a round-trip ticket. You must however, save your receipt for proof of purchase.
Can we store our boat on a trailer in your yard?
Yes you can. We offer trailer storage and boat-on-a-trailer storage. Please view the Marina Rates for more information or give us a call.
Do you have shower facilites?
Yes. Shower facilites are for Marina Tenants and heir guests duirng the summer season only. Please know that keys cost $30. We ask that you do not give your key to anyone other than your guests whom you will be responsible for.
How much does it cost to launch?
Self launching costs $30. We also offer assisted launching. For larger vessels, we have a Travel-lift or Forklift. You may also use our jib crane to launch your sailboat for $75 per use. Please check the Marina Rates on our website for more information or contact us at 530-541-2155.
Do you need to buy a permit to be on the lake?
You do not need a permit at this time to use the lake. Make sure you have on board your vessel current registration and insurance information.
Do you have a pumpout station?
You will find 3 token operated pumpout stations on our gas dock. Tokens cost $5. and can be purchased at the Harbor Master's office. Our stations requires a sanitary fitting that you may have to purchase for $25 that comes with 2 free pumpout tokens, or you may rent a fitting for $15 per use.
Is my vessel allowed on Lake Tahoe?
No Two-Strokes are allowed on the lake. You may want to look on the TRPA website for more information. The following are exeptions that we know of:
